    Rude!

    How about a hello and smile before we engage in our sandwich artistry experience?  Maybe I'm overreacting but I just want a wee bit of customer service before the Subway employee digs their hands into preparing my sandy.

    This is the slowest subway in the world! Lazy employees and always out of bread and toppings!

    I don't really trust any store in Surrey Square but this place definitely has the best customer service. They were backed up with customers but worked fast and did not get frustrated. They took my order with a smile and made a great sandwich. I'll will definitely choose this location for my subway going forward.

    I like to get either the Turkey Sandwich on Italian Parmesan Bread or BLT.  Everytime I've went, the bread is soft and fresh, the staff is friendly and fast.  

    I wish Subway would get carved turkey instead or processed turkey.  But overall, I am satisfied with this location.

    Their sandwiches are good, and the array of toppings is great! I tried their soup once. It was a bit pricey for what I got, but it was still good. Sometimes the wait is a bit much, especially during lunch rush. You'd think management would put more people on the schedule during that time.
